ABOUT ME

I help teams get from high ambiguity to game-changing insights, strategy, and real-world results. Over the past ten years, I’ve led innovation projects for global brands and commercialized new technologies at startups. Most of my work relies on research as an input, and I have a toolkit of methods I use to understand a target market or test risky assumptions.

Other things I prioritize in my work:

Getting to insights that are actually insightful (in that they illuminate the path forward)

Choiceful strategy that clarifies where to play and how to win there

Collaborating with stakeholders as a priority instead of an afterthought
Crisp, compelling storytelling that gets to the point
Empowering teams to work with more clarity, direction, and purpose

Outside of work I like to watch “Star Trek: Voyager,” eat pancakes, and shop for vintage stuff. After stints on both coasts, I’ve settled in Minneapolis. It can get very cold here, but I generally still manage to live a rich and full life. Go Timberwolves.
